ToC GF - probably as hard as I have ridden for that duration. Frustrating puncture in last 10k but still qualified for World Champs, though not many people who say the same will actually go to Aus.
36kph average for 135km at 95rpm, so not too shabby. Some exciting moments in the crowds on closed roads.
Felt some twinges of cramp in calves and right hammy form around 90k but managed it pretty well. Had a low spot around 80k, partly due to inept tactics in the flat windy lands, and partly to not eating enough.

Very early and easy spin on rollers. Feeling well rested before ToC. Still have a slight niggle from right lower back, but management of it seems to have reached a manageable equilibrium. I will take stock after Sunday and see what needs to be done before the remaining summer challenges.
