- New CX frame and position sorted
- As many CX races as I can - looks like only three
- Learn from Sportstest on 25th
- Lose some weight - easy to relax at this time of year but also a great opportunity to make a difference.

- The pressup Challenge - rising each day over four weeks from 21 to 52? Not sure how realistic this is - will soon find out
- Core: Plank, side, med ball, strength
- Continue to gather ideas on what to do next year
- Find an O event or two for the winter
