Some Aims for DECEMBER
- Get into stride with Garry's prescription
- Understand ongoing relationship, re-test.
- Firm up the 2017 Target, if possible.
- As many CX races and drills as I can - looks like three or four
- Core: Plank, side, med ball, strength
- Continue to gather ideas on what to do next year
- no more weight
- find an event to do with Sarah.

Reprise of Some aims for NOVEMBER
Biggest November event has been sportstest.
- I don't need to and mustn't lose much weight
- enough power, efficient enough though both could improve
- Endurance poor ! I now realise that the intensity all my recent training has straddled the spot which garry identified as being key for base endurance gains. its a great time of year to discover this.

- New CX frame and position sorted - DONE and old one sold

- Lose some weight - easy to relax at this time of year but also a great opportunity to make a difference. - See above
- EFR's CX programme - DONE
- The pressup Challenge - rising each day over four weeks from 21 to 52? Not sure how realistic this is - will soon find out GOT TO ABOUT 40 then FLUNKED
