XFit 30:00 [4]

Today, we did more 'So You Think You Can Dance?' Cross-Fit. It involved the following:

16 x plank cross lift with 2.5 lbs. in each hand

8 x "The Chop" crunches with one 2.5 lbs. weight.

16 x forward plank on arms

16 x lunges with curl(2.5 lbs. in each hand)

8 x full body squats with 2.5 lbs in each hand

20 x crunches

Mom added in the crunches today, for some reason. The lunges were still difficult but I found the forward plank a lot easier than the first time. I have not been running all week, due to the fact that it is usually too dark to go running by the time I get home. I could've gone today, but I was just being lazy because it was cold. I'll just have to do it tomorrow.

XFit 30:00 [4]

Today, we did more 'So You Think You Can Dance' Cross-fit, like we did on Monday. Mom says she needs to work on it, so I jsut go along with whatever she's doing. We were tired this morning, and it took a bit longer than usual. One loop involved:

16 x plank cross lift with 2.5 lbs. in each hand

8 x "The Chop" crunches with one 2.5 lbs. weight.

16 x foreward plank on arms

16 x lunges with curl(2.5 lbs. in each hand)

8 x full body squats with 2.5 lbs in each hand

I'm finding the forward plank excersise a lot easier then the first time we did this, but the lunges are hard to do in the morning. It was very tiring.

Mom and I did a Cross-Fit routine called "So You Think You Can Dance" today. We've done this routine before, and one loop involves:

16 x plank cross lift with 2.5 lbs. in each hand

8 x "The Chop" crunches with one 2.5 lbs. weight.

16 x foreward plank on arms

16 x lunges with curl(2.5 lbs. in each hand)

8 x full body squats with 2.5 lbs in each hand

I'm finding 'The Chop' easier to do now, which is good.
