I noticed that Mom put this down in her log, so I figured I might as well, too. Hey, if this counts as training I guess my daily 3.5km walk home from the bus stop every day should too.
One thing Mom forgot to mention, though, was that we walked all that way up to the gas station to get a bag of chips. :)
She's going to hate me for that, you know. Haha.

Today, we did cross-fit again. It was a lot easier to handle the weights than the last time! I was quite tired this morning, though, because I stayed up rather late last night. Oops.
Our routine was as follows:
push ups x 10
sit downs (from arms of chair) x 10
Crunches x 20
Full body squats with weights x 8
4 reps
we also did some stretching after, which I found quite difficult, as per usual.
