Easy run around the beaches from home, stretched the legs in the last few km. Feeling fine. Might not have got as many weeks training as I wanted for this half marathon, but at least I'm not sick, not injured and have a few solid sessions under my belt.

Legs felt much more recovered today, ready for the session. Struggled to go quicker than tempo pace to start with, but got into it, which was the point. One more quicker run on Tuesday, other than that its just easy jogs.
