Sleepy jog the morning after Brookes sisters wedding before everyone else was up. Supposed to do 10km and strides, but wasn't really up to it at that time of the day and with a late night beforehand.

Bucketing down with rain the whole day so drove to work. This run was basically a swim around Ross Creek, crossed the Leith at the normal point and almost got washed away, literally thigh deep. On the plus side felt pretty much fully recovered and like my fitness was coming back, just cruised around the loop with no problems.
