Steady cruise around Logan park, up Signal Hill and back down the same way. Felt good, few easy jogs this week and then it'll be race day. Looking forward to it.

Jog down to the beach, strides on John Wilson Dr and then jog home. Legs feeling good, far better than the weeks leading into Mount Somers, Lower mileage paying off.

20min Tempo around Woodhaugh Gardens (flatish gravel trails) to mimic the first/last 5km of Luxmore. Legs were tired warming up, but got it done fairly comfortably once I started the effort. Kept it on the lower end of threshold and averaged 3:53min/k. Was definitely a little harder than I would want to start the race, but gave me confidence that I could cruise along at 4:05's without any issues.
