20min Tempo around Woodhaugh Gardens (flatish gravel trails) to mimic the first/last 5km of Luxmore. Legs were tired warming up, but got it done fairly comfortably once I started the effort. Kept it on the lower end of threshold and averaged 3:53min/k. Was definitely a little harder than I would want to start the race, but gave me confidence that I could cruise along at 4:05's without any issues.
