With the Irish boys from Te Papa. Nice loop up through Wadestone and down some really nice trails by Zealandia and back into town. Felt surprisingly good on the hills after yesterday, maybe the 60k week has something to do with it. Officially dropped an entry into a marathon next Sunday, will be an easy week about 3.5 hours of regret and then a few weeks of eating terribly before I start training again. Think I need it.
