Went to Pool Wildlife Sanctuary in Emmaus (rather than South Mtn with Glen) because I knew the hills would be gentle, and there might possibly be birds. Only saw a couple of chickadees from the bird blind near feeders at the end, but saw a few flitting away through the trees, and some sparrows before I headed out. Broke trail in some places, including most of the Woodland Loop, and followed in footprints of other snowshoers elsewhere. One of them had snowshoes almost twice the length of my Dions!

Beautiful; had to get out on this mostly sunny mid-40s day, but could have gotten more steps if I'd walked roads closer to home.
