| "Circuit" training today, so more strength than stepping in the circuit (actually, there was only one step station).
My plan WAS to come home and do more stepping to an exercise tape, but I got two phone calls, each after I had started to get my heart rate up a little. So I quit. I added 5 minutes to the usual exercise class time to cover the few uninterrupted minutes I did. | ||
