New Lebanon fundraiser 5K. Just one hill (but it's a biggie, right in the
middle of the course--had to walk twice on the steepest parts). Best 5K I've run in a long time; not sure why. Over a minute faster than last year. Splits: 10:52*, 10:11, 10:20, 1:17 (*1st mile is where most of the climb is; mile 2 is all downhill.)
The hill is the slope before and after the
1 mile marker.
Rob, despite his hill training (walking), hasn't been doing much running otherwise, and walked some of the course too; ~28 min.
