Three hours on my feet yesterday handing out meet packets and 8 hours today. That counts as exercise, right? :-)

Ran out of time to get them all; wrong answer on one that was somewhat of a guess anyway, 22 pts. Saw biggins, Cristina and seabass, Judy and Jeff S. Lots
of fun.

Helped slog water up hill and to a couple controls with group on Wednesday. Three climbs plus some distance on top.

Led group of APO volunteers back to trail, ~ 700m?, without a map and hit it 20m from intended goal. ;-)
Safety bearing works.

Due to errands, arrived too late for Pilates class, so I did my own thing. I tried out the Expresso exercise bike program and did a "6.33 mi" course, finishing about 1:40 behind the pacer (partly because I started off slow, fiddling with headphones and my iPod).

Afterward, did some other exercises including ab moves, side leg raises and balancing on a wobble board; plus pull downs.
