Another 8 hours on my feet, but I think we pulled off another successful meet. Thanks to all the EMPO and many other non-EMPO volunteers who helped us do it. And of course, thanks to everyone who took a chance on the weather. Glad we weren't in SC!! (Or anywhere farther south than NY state.)

Forgot to log the 20 minutes in the woods yesterday picking up a few controls near day 1 start with Barb D. The little bit of woods we were in was tough!

Less than optimal sleep, not so much worrying about what still needed to be done (though I went to bed thinking about items I needed to remember in the morning...remembered all but the spare camera batteries so no pics from me). Will charge batteries tonight (and hope to get a bit more sleep).

On my feet from 8-5; brought a chair but I don't think I sat for more than a minute.

So happy we had decent weather! Tomorrow looks to be even better.

Stretchy bands for extra torture; right hip/glute tight again so didn't stay for anything else.

Need to print quick-reference sheets, apply labels, and stuff packets!

Aerobics and weights plus warm up, abs, and cool down stretching. Less tight in the hip/glute than on Monday.
