Wasn't sure how my knee would be, so opted for the short course. Since it stayed largely along or on trails it was a good choice...the longer course required more off-trail travel. Turns out it was fine for jogging on the trails and the left one is sorer tonight. Whatever.

More intense class than usual, including a long ab series with no back series. Felt the lower abs which I worked yesterday, and had to take a few breaks.... Light weights (5#) for the supine flys and triceps.

Aerobics md weights. Did extra lower-ab strengthening (two-legged lifts from supine position) while others were alternating legs.
