I was 145/187 (age adjusted), 4th/4 in F65-69 (other times were ~64:00*, 78:30, 79:30...her adjusted time put the fastest lady in the top 10 runners. Nice accomplishment; winners receive custom-made pottery plates).

Nolde Run for the Ages.
Finished again, which is what I was aiming for. Temps in mid-upper 60s at start, mid 70s when we left. Ordinal place was about 146; there were 4 in my age class this year (vs. 2 last year), one of whom finished in the top ten of age-graded results. It seemed to take longer for later-starting runners to catch me this year, but there were also more older runners who started earlier.
A minute or so slower than last year, but some of that can be attributed to my one fall, on the downhill after mile 3 (halfway point; where I didn't take a split, was where we climb over a rock outcrop). I guess I don't pick up my feet enough when I start to get tired. Glad I remembered to wear my bike gloves because that's what I landed on again.

Stroll from Ice House in Bethlehem to where the Monocacy Creek joins rhe Lehigh River, and back via canal tow path/rail trail (after attending a Home Brew Fest--and tasting various home-brewed beers in the Ice House--sponsored by a local public radio station).

Felt the uphills in my quads, which is part of the reason I'm doing it. The other reason is that it's too hot/sticky to walk/run when it's above 75-80. ;-)
Around the neighborhoods. Wore a bright colored shirt.

Around the block with O, looking for earthworms and slugs in the fog/very light drizzle/cloud-on-the-ground. Didn't find any...maybe the resident robins had something to do with that.

Staying close to home in case it started raining (again); did hill repeats* while I watched a suspicious cloud. Mid-upper 70s and a bit humid. ;-)
Stop sign at Curly Horse Dr to "school bus stop ahead", on W Hopewell. Then I checked out the "high water" at the place where it is almost always across the road when we get heavy rain (as we did this morning, an 1+ since I poured it out when I refilled bird feeders); it was only covering up half the road.
* 1:36, 1:32, 1:29, 1:27 for ~145m with 12m of climb
