Wednesday Feb 24 #

Note

This is the second time this month my track didn't automatically transfer to AP (last time was Feb 11). I downloaded the file from GC and uploaded directly. But all the days in between transferred just fine....

2 PM

Walking 59:45 intensity: (15:43 @1) + (38:20 @2) + (4:44 @3) + (58 @4) * 5.85 km (10:12 / km) +48m 9:48 / km
ahr:108 max:144 shoes: 2015 Altra LP2.0-9 lime

15 streets (and 4 progressed) in Lower Saucon Twp as recorded on CityStrides. Only 333 more to go! :-D (I most likely won't finish LST as many roads are long and in the hills east of Hellertown.)
Mid 50s! and sunny today. Let's have more of this....

Up the hill and back down with a side trip to explore if they'd cleared any more trails in the park (no).

Our front yard has a snow boulder in it:

43 and overcast, but it's supposed to be sunny and close to 50 tomorrow. :-)

Yoga 1:00:00 [1]

Deanna's shoulder opening class from Feb 13th. Needed it!

Note

I've signed up for the CMTR Spring Scavenger Hunt, which runs from March 1 to April 30. This time, the 20 challenges were invented by participants in the Winter Scavenger Hunt. I know one Attackpointer (not me) who won a free entry because her challenge idea was selected out of hundreds. Congrats, Peggy!

Snowshoe 1:12:12 intensity: (12 @0) + (4:57 @1) + (58:29 @2) + (8:17 @3) + (17 @4) 4.01 km (18:00 / km) +28m 17:24 / km
ahr:111 max:142 shoes: Dion 121 snowshoes

Snowshoed at WERP where we bike (in biking season). The trails had been snowshoed on (at least all the ones I went on were), making them available also for people with fat bike tires, and on one of the trails I was the first snowshoer since a bike had gone through. Visited parts of two trails I don't normally ride (Beechnut and Bones).

Mid 30s, sunny. Perfect.
