More roads in Lower Milford (western corner). Great day for a longer walk, about 70 and overcast.

Two bunnies, one young groundhog, a pair of swallows, and several meadows with sheep.

First ride this year at West End near Brodheadsville. Rode the trails I usually do. Legs felt stronger than they might this early in the riding season; I wonder if it's the more jogging in sprints than I normally do that's helping. Temp near 70 and cloudy, so a bit cool to start in short sleeves, but I warmed up.

Ferns! Lots of mountain laurel still in bloom; one bunny, one chipmunk, and several squirrels.

Finished 9 more streets in South Whitehall. Took it easy on pace because my watch had suggested a rest day today. Low to mid 70s with lower humidity and a breeze (such that I battened down my hat) -- super weather that I couldn't skip.
