Night O - started with an extra loop of an urban sprint with gg, will and fanni. Then went into the forest loop. Fairly clean orienteering apart from the controls on 'distinct tree' number 3. Felt good in terrain so slowly feel like I'm getting fitter

Craig a' Barns orienteering with Kirsten - she did her first course with great success

Blue course at Craig a' Barns - tough, technical - really enjoyed it. Half a foot of snow across the most of the course - oing well on the legs but losing stacks of time within the control circle.
