Trotternish Ridge hill race on Skye. Quality low key race. Aim of the race was to not race off and keep a consistent pace throughout and get a long race in before the marathon. Settled into a good pace and kept it most of the way. Hit the wall on the last climb and then majorly cramped on the last descent. Had to stop for a few minutes to recover, managed to run the rest to finish fairly strongly. Bad points - didn't manage to eat as much as I planned because of the heat but good to run in the heat
