Attempted the borrowdale fell race route but came off before Great Gable because of weather (snow and cold) Felt knackered afterwards, had to sprint for the bus back. :)

Cycled to Rannerdale Knotts with Jonny.

Then Cycled back home via Kirkstile up a MASSIVE hill and down to Mosser. Knackered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Run the Coledale horseshoe with Jonny and Graham and walked to thornthwaite. Very cold, legs very tired. Saw the first snow of the year.

Long run today. Through town, up watch hill, through setmurphy and down to the road and up slate fell and down back through town. Felt ok

Did 30 minutes of hard core stability
Tired but felt good.

Did some stretching work because I am not very flexible. Felt good afterwards. I will make that a weekly session

Did some core stability work. The chair, plank and sit ups. 1 minute on and off for ten minutes for each exersise with a five minute gap between each exersise. Felt saw afterwards.

Went to gym for first time. Really liked it. 4 miles on treadmill, 5 miles on the bike and 1.5 miles on rowing machine . Tired afterwards but glad I went.

10 Minute warm up and warm down. Short run on roads with dad, plus steep uphill climbs. Felt ok after yesterday. Good run overall.

Went for a middle distance run today. 7km in 45 minutes. 10 minute warm up and down. Felt good afterwards.
