Mine woods night event. Mass start as usual, basically head to head with Schminty all the way leap frogging each other all the way. A few different route choices and lots of micro routechoices I just managed to pip him at the end. My first FVO night race win

Long run out. Easy along to the uni with K then continued with Jon on a loop up Dumyat. Then back with K. Good to get out for over 90 mins again

After last weeks easy week due to travelling ect the plan this week is to up the mileage and see how my body handles it
