So we decided to go straight up An Teallach, it was a little steep... hit the ridge and attempted to go along the pinnacles, we went over a few but had to turn around as go round a few as it was abit dodgy. Scared ourselves a few times. Got to Spurr Fiona in one piece, got over to Bidein a' Ghlas Thuill with cracking views of the main ridge. Descended down and found a pool for a quick dip. A great couple of days out in the mountains, fully recommend

After a long week away with work, me and jonny set off from Stirling at 8pm. Arrived up north at 12:00pm. Not a great sleep but set off around 9am. An epic day out doing the Fisherfield 6 round. An awesome day followed by a cracking camp spot. Both fairly tired, jonny was useless putting the tent up. Also forgot my lighter so had to have my freeze dried meal cold, I don't recommend but it had to be done.

One of those days when the body wasn't working. Really high heart rate from 30 mins in roughly and couldn't get it down even though I wasn't really moving very well. I decided I was going to slog it out for a finish. Ended up punching the wrong 26 in the end which was really frustrating. Not sure what the body was doing today. Would of been nice to be moving similar to the JK

Barr Wood local. Caught K by 12 mins at number 1... then I shadowed her to number 6. Ran the rest at a steady pace on my own. Not what I had in mind but she needed some guidance.

Dumyat Hill Race - got Jasons entry as they'd sold out. Wasn't feeling it all day but decided to go and see what I could do. Set off nice and steady, then started to pick off people (8ish) going through the wood. Got into a nice rhythm on hill and started to picked off another 2 people with Matt Fellbaum in my sights. 1st lady came past me as I came up behind Matt. Encouraged Matt on as he looked like he was giving up a little. He stuck onto my heels as we hit the top. He then politely dropped me.... went past the 1st lady within 20 seconds off the top and managed to creep out 1 min by the end. Pushed hard past another person with 100m to go. Felt strong on the climb up not feeling to bad at the top (had I go hard enough?) Descended well without risking injury too much. Knocked off ~3mins off last year which I'm pleased about. More consistent training works... who would of thought it!

Joined Jason and Jon for there hill reps. Nice session getting the heart rate well up. Apart from the first one which was to quick the intervals were fairly even.

Nice easy week last week followed by some walking, time to get back into training again. Looking forward to more time on the hills.
