South Achray Night O. Final race of the series. Pushed hard and kept up with Graham for a good part of the race. There was one moment when I thought I'd get in front of him going into control #8. I went round the fallen tree and Graham decided he wasn't having any of it so he jumped through it.... very athletic for an M35. He then dropped me a few minutes later. Pleased with the race, again really enjoyed the night series. Shame its over.

CSC Heat. Fairly boring orienteering. Didnt make any mistakes, physically didn't feel great. Frozen feet and mild frostbite on my right big toe. Took a couple of days to get back to normal

Along the Rob Roy Way towards Aberfoyle then some looping trails around Loch Drunkie. Piss went through from the start. Listened to music all the way which I never do. Kept me distracted from the rain. Kept it easy all the way

Barr Wood Night O. Gaffles split from control 1, ran with Matt F till #4 when the gaffles split again. Kept the orienteering steady and fairly solid. Tricky in the mist and keeping out of the man eating marshes. Didn't see Matt again till #15. Then we missed #18 allowing Chris to catch us. Me and Chris managed to pull away from Matt and then Chris dropped the hammer on the path to finish 4 seconds ahead of me. Was pretty cool to see us all come together at the end.
