Did a 7km run with Jonny this morning!! Felt do tired from yesterday but when I started i felt ok, I must of recovered well over night so I am pleased with that. I cant believe we do like 5min/kms after yesterday!!!

Went for a very very long run with graham and Jonny!! It was to cold to go up the tops so did a medium and low run!!! Lots of snow and it was mental!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Played football in PE!!

My wobble board came today so I was on that for 10 minutes to strengthen my ankles!!!!

Went to gym and went on the bike, treadmill, rowing machine and cross trainer!! Was gd and I met graham there and we watch Chris fight at is judo thingy!!!!

Did the normal core stability routine!!!!! I ordered a wobble board on sunday so sud come tomos!! I got one because of my weak ankles, so this will make me really strong and I will easily beat everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAH
