Went to WCOC night race at Setmurphy. Was really gd because I went out on my own and wasnt with anyone all the way round. This made the orienteering really gd and I spiked almost all of them!!!!!!!

Was up all night on sunday and monday morning!!!!! Was proper knackered on monday and still couldnt eat anything!!!!!!!!!!! Am goin to take it easy this week and properly start training on friday!!!!
