Long Run (Terrain running) 1:05:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:30 / km) +300m 5:39 / km
shoes: Addidas swoops

Went to Setmurthy after revising today and did some terrain running and then ran back. When I was in the woods, I tried to keep of the paths so that the running was more difficult. Was really gd to get out and I cant wait until the exams are over so I can get back to doing some long runs in the fells :) I think am going to do the Ennerdale horseshoe with Jonny and Graham, cant wait!!
