Orienteering race 21:58 [5] 3.4 km (6:28 / km) +80m 5:47 / km

Went to Compass sport cup. Did light green which wasnt worth the drive because the area wasnt challenging!! Had a laugh tho with Big G!!

Went to NW fitness day. We did:

standing jump - 199cm
sit and reach - +8
Sit ups in one minute - 49
illinory test - 17.5 seconds
Bleep Test - 12.6

Strength 12:00 [5] 3.46 km (3:28 / km)

Then we went to Preston sports arena. We did the cooper test. You had to see how far you could get in 12 minutes. I got 3.465km

Thursday Oct 15, 2009 #

Orienteering 32:47 [2] 5.0 km (6:33 / km)

Went to Whitehaven for fun sprint event. There were 24 controls and there was 24 pictures on the map each with a letter on. You had to run to a control circle and match a picture with the control number. e.g control 6 could of been a bench with a picture of a ship on it, so you would have to find the picture on ur map and write the letter next to the number 6! :)

Didnt really enjoy it much because I stood around trying to find something in the control circle.

About 40 members went to a curry house for a meal which was gd, had a laugh with Big G!! :) :) :)

Went for longish run with dad. Was gd. Had some hills in so was gd.

Tuesday Oct 13, 2009 #

Strength (Circuits and Bleep test) 1:00:00 [5]

Went to Orient8 tonight. Was a gd session. Started off with a warm up. Then we did a bleep test and I did really well in so was plz. Level 15.2 :) :) I need to match that or beat it on saturday. When I stoped today I felt that I could of gone futher. Then we did circuits which was gd which included:

Step ups
Cruches
Sit ups
fast step ups
Planks
and other thing which I cant remember the name of

Monday Oct 12, 2009 #

Strength intervals 1:15:00 [3] 8.0 km (9:23 / km)

Went to Sams class. Started with a warm up and circuits. Then we went to Papcastle to do some intervals. Did 4 times 2 minute intervals. Then we did 2 times 1 minute intervals. Then ran back and did a warm down.
