Orienteering race (OMM :)) 4:12:00 [5] 21.0 km (12:00 / km) +800m 10:05 / km

Second day of the OMM. Knackered still! :) A nice up hill start again, lots of tussocks again. Pushed on still and again kept a nice pace. Got to the end and fell over because I had cramp for the last 3km :( Enjoyed tho

First day of the OMM. C class with my dad. Kept a nice pace. Easy navigation because we had 1000's of people in front of us because we had late start time. Had keep my dad going at the end but really enjoyed it. Knackered at the end!!

Had gd crack with Tom at midway camp which was gd! :) :)

Did some training with some year 7s at scale hill. Put some controls out with Big G!

Decided to go to sams class to loosen off. Took it easy. Started off with warm up and circuits. Then we did 4 times 2 minute hill reps, then because we didnt have much time we did a 1 minute hill rep. Pleased I went. Rest day tomos! :)
