Gym 1:15:00 [4] 10.0 km (7:30 / km)
Started with 1.1 mile run on treadmill. Then 1.5 km on the rowing machine. Then 1.5 miles on bike. Then 1 mile on cross trainer. Then reps on the leg weight machine:
5 times 40kg
5 times 60kg
5 times 80kg
5 times 90kg
Did that twice (Legs sore)
Then finished off with a half mile run. Was gd to get to the gym.
