Orienteering 1:23:59 [5] 7.3 km (11:30 / km) +545m 8:23 / km

Went to WRE in the Trossachs. Had a really good race technically and physically. Didnt make any big mistakes, just little 30 secs a couple of times. Really pleased with Position, 21 secs down on Tom. 5th overall and 2nd M18.

Warm up/down 1:00:00 [2] 4.0 km (15:00 / km)

Set off one hour before my start, but ran/walked to the start while doing some sprints. Got to the start with half an hr till my start time, did aload of drills.

Saturday Mar 27, 2010 #

Orienteering 41:09 [4] 5.4 km (7:37 / km) +220m 6:20 / km

Went to FVO middle race at Touch Estate. Wasnt the best run but not the worst run so was ok, made about 4mins of mistakes. Ran ok.

Warm up/down 30:00 [2] 2.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Did a gd warm up with loads of dynamic streaches.

Fell Running 20:00 [2] 3.5 km (5:43 / km) +240m 4:15 / km

Went to fell race at Sale fell. Did the short, just jogged around.

Wednesday Mar 24, 2010 #

Gym 45:00 [4] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

Went to the gym. Did some speed stuff on treadmill, bike and rowing machine. Then did some core, 40 cruches, then some weight work on my legs.

Tuesday Mar 23, 2010 #

Went to Orient8. Had a nice rest yesterday so proper went for it today.
