Orienteering race (Urban score) 51:41 [5] * 12.1 km (4:16 / km)

Went to WCOC 10K urban score event in Cockermouth. Was really gd, mass start went off in other direction to everyone else. Probably didnt hav the best route but made the decision quickly. No mistakes, ended up running 12.1km and ran hard all the way. Pleased with my oing and running after yesterdays session.

Went to Setmurphy, did 15 mins race pace in terrain then 15 mins jogging and walking on tracks. Repeated this twice.

Jogged to Setmurphy and then back after the session
