Clowbridge classic. Really enjoyed the race. Was nice to get out on open fell again. Made one mistake on number three losing 2 and half minutes. The rest was good, went through patches were I felt I wasnt moving very well but for most of it I thought my running was good. 1 and a half minutes down on Tom.

Set off really early with Tom. Then we got told at the start that the control descriptions were back in assembly so I ran back quickly because I was setting off later on. Ended up being a good warm up though.
Nice run out with Tom. Went along the river bank to the bouncy bridge, then up to waterside farm. Then over the road and into kirk wood. Then looped around and back to the track. Nice pace and was able to hold a conversation.
Strength session after the run. The usual leg work. Different exercises for the core which was good, still as tough. Feel like am getting stronger in the core and legs.
Nice easy session because legs feel like concrete. Went in the evening because was stuck infront of my laptop all day writing an essay. Pleased I pushed myself out the door because just wanted to go collapse.
