Went out for a run with Tom around Bollington from Gemmas house.

Bramall park run. Ran with Tom for the first half a lap. Then he pushed and I decided to just cruise round. Felt really comfortable all the way.
7 PM

Orienteering 1:00:00 [5] 8.0 km (7:30 / km) +200m 6:40 / km

Northern night champs. Spent 3 hours getting there and 3 hours getting back. Was running well but orienteering wasn't there. Some of the orienteering went well but made some huge mistakes. Enjoyed the race because it was good to get out with a map.

Warm up to the start and warm down back to the car.

Run through deansgate and along the canal with my flat mate.

Warm up from the station and then back. Some drills and some laps of the track before the intervals.

5*400 metres. After each 400m we did a 100m rep. 1 minute rest between each one.
