Tempo run to my cousins house to see if she was in but she wasn't so just ran back. Felt really good, cruising along nicely.

Warm up before intervals. Then ran up to Fallowfield and then back to the house.

Short interval session. 4*4 min/1min rest. Ran each rep at threshold.
