Langdale Pudding 10km race. Was really good to get running again. Pleased with my time (PB) but have never ran an official 10km race before. Felt strong on the hills and was definitely gaining time on people on them. Not used to running hard on the road for that long, thighs sore afterwards. Good racing by doug (25 seconds ahead). Pleased with how I ran after not training for two weeks. Time to start training again.
