Went to Sams class tonight. Ran there and back. Then did some drills with everyone. Then ran to and back from Papcastle.

Interval in Papcastle. 6*550 metre reps with a hill at the start of each rep/ 90 second rest. Worked at above threshold (1:40, 3.09min/km). Pleased with the session. Legs felt fine when I was running but they feel sore when I walk. Got back from the session and stretched and some foam roller exercises.
