Run between shifts with boss Chris and house Chris. Went up over to Watendlath, down the valley past Lodore Falls. Over the Millennium Bridge and up the valley through Grange back to the Hostel.

Orienteering on Bleach Green, it was more like bleak green! Horrible weather and my orienteering was any better. Good to me out with a map though. Ran the long and then went out and ran most of the short for extra training.

Nice easy run with Douglas. Out through town to four lane ends, then along to Embleton and then back along the Embleton road past school and back through town.

Easy run up the river.

Went to Sams class tonight. Ran there and back. Then did some drills with everyone. Then ran to and back from Papcastle.

Running 19:30 [5] 3.15 km (6:11 / km)
shoes: New Balance

Interval in Papcastle. 6*550 metre reps with a hill at the start of each rep/ 90 second rest. Worked at above threshold (1:40, 3.09min/km). Pleased with the session. Legs felt fine when I was running but they feel sore when I walk. Got back from the session and stretched and some foam roller exercises.
