Running 13:00 [3] 2.7 mi (4:49 / mi)

Ran from home to Levenhulme station.
9 AM

Running 1:55:00 [3] 24.5 km (4:42 / km) +350m 4:23 / km

Went running with some people from Stockport. Started at high lane, went up the middlewood way and then up into Lyme Park, through Disley. Went through the golf course and on to the peak forest canal. It was there easy run but it was more like a tempo run for me, felt ok for the first hour. Got behind on some of the hills and flats. When we got onto the Canal, they gradually started to pick up the pace so they dropped me without realising. Then I lost them and ended up doing another loop. After asking lots of people I got back onto the middlewood way at rose hill and had a 2 mile run up to high lane. Got back to the cars and know one was there. Eventually alex picked me up and we went to have breakfast with the others. Ended up doing another 40 mins than I should of, its a story to tell!

Easy run out from the house. So pleased to get out, was getting frustrated all week with a cold. Felt like running in Sweden with all the ice on the roads. Ran up upper brook street and then along through platt fields campus, through birchfields park to the house.

Just a little session with plank, sit ups, press ups and then squats. Finished with 5 mins of foam rolling.

80 min run with Steve Vernon and the other stockport people planned for tomorrow.

Found out during the week that am on the start list for the Carnethy 5 Hill race!!

Woke up this morning with a cold. Will have a rest day and see how I feel tomorrow.

Nice little run out to Platt Fields and back.

Core session with Josh. Afterwards I did 5 mins of foam rolling.
