Orienteering 29:10 [3] 4.8 km (6:05 / km) +145m 5:17 / km

Ended up running with a M60 relay team for MDOC. Nice to have a run out. Clean run moving well enough through the terrain after yesterday.

Orienteering 1:59:00 [5] 17.0 km (7:00 / km) +560m 6:01 / km

British Champs at Winterfold. Enjoyed the race overall but found that alot of the controls were really easy. Felt ok for the first 13km then struggled with cramp for the last section, frustrating. Orienteering was good overall but took a few bad routechoice where I should of taken paths or gone straight.

Nice evening running out. Started easy and slowly increased it to cruising pace. Bored of training in Manchester now, want to run with a view.

Core work with plyometric exercises. Break between the running session.

Cycling 15:00 [3] 6.5 km (2:18 / km)

Gym: warm up on the bike.

Running 20:00 [3] 5.1 km (3:55 / km)

Progression run on the treadmill starting at 10km/hr up to 19km/hr. Feeling good and enjoyed the blast.

Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

Hill session. Warmed up for 10 mins. Then did 15 mins of hill work increasing the incline on the treadmill. Enjoyed this session as well, closest to a hill around here with out travelling.

Had a week off proper training because of assignments and exam revision. Pleased to get the exam done.
