Progression run on the treadmill starting at 10km/hr up to 19km/hr. Feeling good and enjoyed the blast.
Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)
Hill session. Warmed up for 10 mins. Then did 15 mins of hill work increasing the incline on the treadmill. Enjoyed this session as well, closest to a hill around here with out travelling.
