Did some o training on the Jaws of borrowdale map. Not as nice as I remember it but the bracken was up so was hard going. Nice technical training though.

Orienteering 38:37 [5] 6.1 km (6:20 / km) +250m 5:15 / km

Evening event on Mosser fell. 29 degrees so was tough in the heat. Took my control description holder to make myself read the descriptions. Went out hard and kept good form through the butterfly loops, then found it tough going from 12-13 which was all up hill. Pushed hard all the way to the finish, just over 4 mins on Richard in second place.

Couple of strides and drills and then short jog to cool down/sweat some more.

Run with Pete and Chris. We were going to do the first section of the Borrowdale to Esk Hause but pete feet where in a bad way. Went up Bessyboot and then down to Blackmoss pot for a swim/climb. Then ran back down Langstrath which turned into a race, good to get the heart rate up a little.
