4*4mins/90 second recovery. Working at threshold through out the session. Felt pretty good, missed one rep out to keep the consistency. Hit the same mark everytime and worked well with Robin.

Went down to the next class and did some drills with the hurdles and ladders.
Jump over each hurdle into a squat with my hands in the air and then moved on to hopping over into a one legged squat (need to work on them). Then different combination of fast feet on the ladders.
