Running 19:20 [5] 3.5 km (5:31 / km) +252m 4:04 / km

First lunch time run. Quick blast up and down Great Mell fell. Worked on everything, up hill running (strong arms and nice rhythm) and down hill running (fast feet). Was a little hesitant because of the grip but generally pleased with the time.
6 PM

Running 17:00 [4] 3.0 km (5:40 / km)

6*500m/1min recovery.

Along the railway at keswick. Worked at 3.45min/km pace all the way through the session. Good little session.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2] 4.0 km (5:00 / km)

30 mins on the slackline and then core exercises.

Monday Oct 14, 2013 #

Running 50:00 [3] 8.3 km (6:01 / km) +150m 5:31 / km

Run from home to Sams, up watch hill and back down after the session.

Running 22:00 [4] 5.0 km (4:24 / km)

4*4mins/90 second recovery. Working at threshold through out the session. Felt pretty good, missed one rep out to keep the consistency. Hit the same mark everytime and worked well with Robin.

Running (Drills) 15:00 [4] 1.0 km (15:00 / km)

Went down to the next class and did some drills with the hurdles and ladders.

Jump over each hurdle into a squat with my hands in the air and then moved on to hopping over into a one legged squat (need to work on them). Then different combination of fast feet on the ladders.
