Orienteering 40:35 [5] 7.0 km (5:48 / km) +180m 5:08 / km

Middle distance event at Cowdray forest. Enjoyed the orienteering but didn't go well, lost 3 mins roughly. Ended up 1:48 behind the winner. Need to work on direction out of the control.

Orienteering 34:00 [5] 7.0 km (4:51 / km) +80m 4:36 / km

Went to event near Hucking. Not very technical at all but used it as a all out effort. Straight line 6km but there was a fair bit of track running. Felt strong once I got going. Bit of a trek to get there but anything to get out.

Dartmoor orienteers night event. Mass start score format but had to get the controls in order and if you missed one you couldn't go back. Managed to get 17 out of 20. Not great orienteering tonight because was mentally tired from staring at maps all day at work. Was nice to run in a forest and tried to take the straighter lines to get some terrain running in. Good to get out of Essex!

Tempo run from the around Canvey Island. Kept the pace the same throughout. Boring run but good to get out.

Ran to Morrisons and back for food. Tempo on the way out and easy on the way back.
