Easy to begin with, tempo in the middle and then an easy kilometre at the end.

Long run in Whinlatter after work. Set off with a steady pace and kept it pretty much apart from some of the hills towards the end. Slowly building up the distance with steady pace and feeling strong on the hills for the the Three Peaks.

Orienteering at Buttermere. Really nice piece of woodland and fast open fell. Made some stupid mistakes, lost ~2min over a couple of controls

3*12 mins/2min recovery. Was supposed to be four reps but my calves were really tight and I was losing my form. Good session but sore legs.
