Note

Day off work to recover fully plus I don't think I would have the strength to carry the equipment around on site. Frustrated because I missed the fell race last night and will miss the long race tomorrow. Will see about the sprint.

Woke up this morning not feeling great. Went to work, ended up finishing early . Started to feel worse and worse with cold/aches.

Went climbing at Keswick wall with dad. Good to be back again, everything was pretty sore by the end. Nice to get a different session in.

Tuesday Mar 25, 2014 #

Cycling (Spinning) 25:00 [3] 10.0 km (2:30 / km)

Warm up/warm down for the treadmill session.

Running 30:00 [3] 7.2 km (4:10 / km)

Treadmill session working on leg turnover speed. Jog for a couple of minutes but was nicely warmed up from spinning. Did 15*1 minute at 11.5mph (3:15 min/km pace) with 30 second rest. Then ended with a short jog. Good session and felt strong throughout. Got some funny looks because I was the only one breaking a sweat on the treadmills.

Core and squat session. Hamstrings sore afterwards.

Sams class. After the usual warm up with drills. Hill session working on working out of the hill and keep the effort/speed up. After last week I felt a little slow but still got some quality efforts in.
