Orienteering 2:01:00 [5] 17.0 km (7:07 / km) +400m 6:22 / km
JK Long - Classic race with some good orienteering. A couple of mistakes where I didn't slow down enough. The big problem was that 20 mins in my stomach started cramping throughout the race. Had times when I could run at full speed so just pushed through it. Frustrated that I couldn't race fully but a good warm up for next weekend.
