Orienteering 1:39:00 [3] 12.6 km (7:51 / km)

6th Leg for Taby OK 2 in the Jukola relay. Awesome race, ran well with a few mistakes. Made 10 places up which was my aim. What a race everyone should do at least once.

Orienteering 1:03:00 [4] 7.8 km (8:05 / km) +150m 7:22 / km

Club training at Nibble near Vaxholm. Really technical area with very little paths and line features. Took it easy to begin with, some solid orienteering and some not so but enjoyed it and looking forward to Jukola even more.

Cycling 45:00 [3] 17.5 km (2:34 / km)

Cycled to and back from Sams class at Sale fell.

Running 1:01:00 [3] 10.1 km (6:02 / km) +300m 5:16 / km

Sams class on Sale fell, warm up to the top, then four out and backs while everyone got to the top working on downhill running. Then did six efforts in pairs of 450m loop.
