Fairly steady run down to Chorlton water park, couple of laps of the lake and back.

Down to Platt Fields, then went running with Uni Harriers and saw Benham. Then back home afterwards. Nice tempo session

Easy warm up with Kaye along the river and then head back. Then home after the session.

Running 30:00 [3] 7.82 km (3:50 / km)

30 minute threshold session. Split it into two 15 minute efforts with 1 minute in-between them. It felt to much of an effort, left glute giving me some gip.
