Jackies session with Man Uni. Easy warm up and drills. Then 6 minute threshold, 2 minute recovery, 4*3mins (1 minute trying to float through them), 4*90seconds (30 second float). Felt strong and the kept to floating because I usually get better reps out with floating rather than slowing right down.
