Orienteering 1:28:00 [4] 10.9 km (8:04 / km) +410m 6:48 / km

SOL 1 at Eilbank. Aim was consistent orienteering with no big mistakes - succeeded on that which I'm pleased with. A couple of bad routechoices and a few misses. Flow out of the controls was good. Lost one minute taking off my ankle guard as it was too tight on my foot. Struggled a little in terrain but that's expected considering the injury over the winter.

Night on at Barr wood. Really good course (32 controls in 7km) very inconsistent with patches of really good flowing o but with stupid mistakes costing time. Glad to be back running regularly after having knee issues the last few months. Fitness is ok, have slow endurance but speed is lacking
