Note
(rest day)

Weekend in Edinburgh with some of the Family. Went to see the Mystery Jets last night, incredible live. Tired today so rest for me, reset for next week.

Running 45:00 [3] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

WU/WD

Running 18:48 [3] 5.0 km (3:46 / km) +80m 3:29 / km

Falkirk Parkrun - undulating course. Enjoyed it, slow time but with it being a little hilly, it was going to the slow. The short hill at around 2.5km definitely took it my kick out of my legs and I couldn't get going again. Will do it again to measure fitness
